I think destigmatizing it would go a long way as well I feel students are often made to feel uncomfortable or “wrong” if they are having any mental health issues and fear of being ostracized or mocked for bringing them up is something I think many experience

we actually have units about it in health class now but it's not too big of a unit like ~ a little less than a month

facts bro on one side, it would educate and teach more ignorant people about certain different intricacies of having mental health disorders. on the other side, it would make it a norm to be able to discuss mental health without being judged or straight up ignored.
