Social media managers how are you managing burnout?

This year has been my most difficult one by far. I'm far from where I need to be in terms of managing burnout, but I'm trying:
Use more PTO, especially for 3-day weekends.
Unplug from all social after work hours.

I've found that using checkpoints for social is helping me to compartmentalize my time spent on work social vs. my own personal investment to stay connected with my friends. Instead of being consistently connected, I'm plugging in for short periods at a time.

These short periods help me check my goals and pull myself from the "infinitely scrolling" trap I always got caught in.
