Community Manager friends, once you answer a DM from someone on your company server, how often do you get follow-up messages where it's clear they're young and just think you're free to chat?

9/10. Discord, Twitter, doesn't matter the platform. Here's the thing though, I love chatting with them - it's just a shame most of the time I get to isn't during work hours.

Fair, I respect that. I just try to have a hard line between work and free time for my work life balance.

Absolutely! And honestly, that's a big part of it. I've been working on that myself the last few months, because it's so easy to fall into the pit of being overwhelmed.

Yep, it's a shame that places like discord and Facebook make it almost impossible to fully disconnect from work by nature of how they're built. I shouldn't need a personal facebook to moderate a page.

Don't even get me started on Facebook, LOL. The fact that I need a personal page to run & manage a BUSINESS is outdated & absurd.
