I've been collecting bad match ID reports for three weeks and working with our platform guys to isolate the issues. If you have bad match IDs, DM them to me.

i don't have bad match ids .. i don't have matches at all .. my game just gets stuck on the loading screen before the match starts and then throws me into the champion select screen *you can go watch mutu's vod today he's been having it all day*

Unfortunately match IDs are how we track this thing, even if you get stuck and the match plays out for everyone else - the ID will still exist. We use these IDs to track data across servers, data centers, etc. That helps us isolate and lock down the issues.

With the COVID-19 situation amd everyone working from home, tracking and isolating issues on our end is a tough challenge we're continuing to work through. If bad match IDs are available, send them to me so I can add them to my report.

I wish VODs helped, but they don't since we can't track.
