I have slept a solid 15 hours in the last 24. Do I feel good? Absolutely! Do I feel productive? Hell no.

The main thing is to organize and adapt. Although I understand it is not easy, but sleep really is needed. It doesn't even have to be for a standard 8 hours ^^

Yeah, absolutely. I'm pretty bad when it comes to balancing my personal time and work time. Easy to get overwhelmed. That leads to me staying up trying to relax and de-stress, which leads to no sleep. 10/10 me.
