I’m often critical of things I work with, it’s purely out of the desire to be the best at what I do, and I expect that out of the things I both work on and people I work with, because I expect the same of myself. I have to say though, no one has supported me more than @EA.

As a company, they have fallen short sometimes of expectations, sure, but when you’re that big, it’s going to happen, and it’s going to be scrutinized heavily. But the kindness of people in the company, willing to help me, even when I was tiny (I still feel as I am)

Has been and will be one of the most defining factors of why I love to support EA. It’s a shame no one can see the heart their CMs and Devs have instead of the “lifeless corporate facade” that is mostly the public opinion.

If I could have one wish for the gaming community, it would be, treat your CMs well, they are both as excited or disappointed in anything that happens, if not more, than you. They only want to help you get the most of your experience. Treat them well.
