The reality is that you don't see 60% of what happens in that chatroom. We catch, filter, timeout, and ban 10-20 people every 15-30 minutes.

I went to the 2018 one at the Cobb center and I gotta say, things ran smoothly from my perspective. For that being my first esports event, I thought the production and overall event was executed very well. I know it can feel like a different story behind the scenes though

Absolutely man. Skillshot has events down to a system for sure, and we're great at adapting when needed.
Same goes for moderation when it comes to @auverin and I. I honestly wouldn't do this job with anyone else.
