While I enjoy tweeting about how much I love Keanu Reeves on a daily basis, I gotta say I expected a little more from Halo there. I guess we'll get gameplay in 2020?

Yeah, exactly. That's when we'll see a full demo running on the new Scarlett tech boxes.

Yeah. Wonder what the price will be for Scarlett. They can't make it too expensive nor sell the console at a loss.

Yeah. With ray tracing and SSD? I'm guessing $500 minimum $1000 maximum. I could see them settling on $800. Just depends on the tech.

And rumours have it that they're also going to launch a less powerful console like they did with the One. Anaconda/Lockhart

Makes sense tbh -- offering options to different consumer groups. Keeping things tiered is smart. Just like how every PC build is different to the user.

Now the big question is - what will the PS5 bring to the table? Xbox is going strong with backwards compatibility to all prior consoles and potentially cross-play with PC.

I honestly think Sony is going to continue playing the exclusives route. They have some of the best games and the best studios under their cloak. It's going to be interesting how they play against cross platform using that mentality though.

In a perfect work, I wish Xbox and Sony would just focus on making the best piece of hardware a consumer will love for an affordable price. But we know that isn't the easy game, so why play it? Cross platform consumer mentality will push it in a few years though.
