Israel is aggressively upgrading highways and rail lines during the crisis, as people are isolated at home. No big deal we are also doing it in New South Wales. Finishing new roads, new tunnels, new railways, light rail. Sydney Harbour Tunnel was closed this weekend to resurface it.
