@TeamYouTube this is definitely under fair use, he did nothing different than thousands of YouTube commentators do every day. Its situational commentary, he didnt sell himself as the "trademark name"
It would be like if i made a video claiming it was a logan paul video and pretended to be logan paul, thats trademark strike. But if i make a video saying i think logan is a piece of shit, its just social commentary and 1st amendment speech

Yeah, apply for a manual review. Social commentary isn't new, and wouldnt exist if this was a feasible way to stop it. You will be good. Just a scare tactic from him. I wouldnt worry too much.
