    Kalief Browder was 17 when he sat in solitary confinement for 2 years for a crime he did not commit.. and was denied bail. He ended up taking his life due to the trauma he endured while incarcerated. But when you’re white and daddy works with the feds, you’re chillin.

    The FBI arrested the son of a New York judge for attending the Capitol riot and allegedly stealing about $2,000 of police gear. He is already out on $100,000 bond. About 350,000 people in U.S. jails are pre-trial detainees who cannot afford bail, disproportionately POC.
