What kind of advocacy is it called when you unfollow people to punish them for not unfollowing the same people you have unfollowed

The worst thing about the 21st Century is finding out just how many horrible, awful people there are in the world through direct experience and interaction with them. I knew they existed, but in such numbers?

(1/2) Autistic adults (who have put in tremendous work to reach their fullest potential thru therapy, advocacy, etc): “I finally love who I am! I harness my autistic traits!” [Some] parents of young autistic kids: “Autism is NOT your super power or something to celebrate!”

Friendly reminder that just because someone makes a mental health meme with pretty colors & an elegant design doesn’t mean that statement is true. Do your research. Fact check. Do your due diligence & don’t share the meme if it’s factually incorrect.
