Dear @YouTube how would you recommend I dispute a copyright claim that involves someone who happened to use the same piece of music or play the same video game as I did & now your system is monetizing my videos & giving them the $$$? 1/6

I assume it's the automated
@YouTube copyright system where other channels submit content to a database that matches it against my content & monetizes my videos even when I haven't used their content at all, only happened to use the same music or game they did. 2/62 replies 0 retweets 1 likeShow this thread -

Thanks for the info – sometimes, it can be hard to understand why a rights owner has claimed your video, but that doesn’t mean they’re not authorized to do so. If you believe the claim was made in error, you can always dispute: https://yt.be/help/LKJN Hope this gets resolved.

I've had copyright issues for using materials within a game... that I can't change... when other creators have not had "Said" issue. Needs to he sorted... I recently moved to twitch for Streaming and ya know... I prefer it a lot more as their none of this copyright issue

I've started streaming
@Twitch too. Twitch Prime archives my streams for 60 days so subscribers can see what they missed & there's also a "highlight" feature that lets me save content forever afaik. Tough to start back over at zero viewers, though.1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes -

I think I'm following you on Twitch but I'm not sure. I like the Idea of Highlights/Clips, it gives a nice idea of the content + encourages socialising. (I edited a clip earlier) I've only been streaming on Twitch for a week, handful of people but I find it easier to manage.

I agree. I think @Twitch is much more creator-friendly & easy to use.
