Fwiw! As a gay man stereotypes aren’t always a bad thing. Many queer people share similar stories and personal trajectories in their lives. I guess there’s a fine line between stereotype and actual shared experience.
Seconded! For example nothing wrong with having a stereotypical fem gay character as long as they’re a fleshed out character with their own motivation & not just used to make sassy quips for comedic relief
