The second is how well organized the Mormons are, so whenever anything happens everybody knows exactly what to do and who is in charge in every scenario. Then there’s the humanitarian arm, but that’s a whole other discussion; the church keeps resources ready to go anywhere

dunno either but it might dip into the territory of urbanism? how many of those social safety nets are replicated in municipal govt? what can they learn from churches to make services more personal and build trust? how do public libraries and community centers fit in the picture?
