Conjectures and Refutations - His core philosophy; everything else can be thought of as specific applications or elaborations. Then, it depends what you’re interested in. - Objective Knowledge: more epistemology - Open Society: authoritarianism - World of Parmenides: history

Logic of Scientific Discovery!

Anything but LScD to begin with (for most people/purposes). It was his first book and he was still speaking in the language of the pre-Popper era. It gives rise to a lot of misconceptions, and doesn’t explain his main philosophy, only a subset of how he thinks about science.

It sort of depends a lot on what you are interested in. LScD is very mathematical and the problems it is relevant to are very old and not that relevant any more. C&R is basically a collection of essays on a number of different topics. OSE is a political book.

Don't read whole Popper books unless you're very dedicated. It's better to read the best sections from each book (his book chapters are mostly independent of each other). A list:http://fallibleideas.com/books#popper
