IDK how it is in SF, but here in SaMo people leave scooters right in the middle of sidewalks, making it hard for peds (let alone wheelchairs) to walk. That’s priority over Becky who left a bunch of stuff in clear view in her car and came back to a smashed window.

In my book, if you leave anything visible in a car parked in a city, it’s all your fault. I’ve lived in cities all my life, it’s pretty much common sense.

I got dropped off at my name brand SF hotel last summer right behind a car that was being broken into. I promptly told the hotel staff and they laughed.
