Kind of disappointed by the fact @LambdaSchool is supporting just Americans but not people living and paying taxes in the US
We legally cannot enter into income share agreements with non-permanent residents
-
-
That's even more confusing. How's that different from offering to finance half of the course if it's not legal?
-
We don't enter into a legally binding agreement for the second half, we cover our cost/risk with an upfront payment and the second half is on your honor. It's the best we can do.
-
Anyway, I think the initiative it's interesting but I'd suggest you be a bit more clear about those terms especially when you're requesting people to invest time in the intro course and inform about it a few days later
-
I'd hope you'll understand it's unreasonable for us to say "this only applies to US citizens and permanent residents" every time we talk about payment. We can make it clearer in the intro course, perhaps
-
I think having that visible in the FAQ, About or somewhere else may help, definitely.
-
Thanks for taking your time with these questions btw.

Good call, will add it
