Between November 2008 and November 2010 I used computers and the Internet for a grand total of 52 hours. 30 mins/week. I literally felt my mind slow down and become less reliant on the dopamine hits. That’s when I started to read and concentrate for the first time ever.

Now I have to make a very conscious effort to get into a state where I can concentrate. I have turn my WiFi off and put my phone in airplane mode. But when I’m in that state I’m probably 10x as productive. Literally.

Care to elaborate on how you maintain such an active Twitter presence And retain 10x focus throughout the day? Do you take specific airplane mode hours?
