Technology is awesome and has unlimited potential. Having Uber pick people up who cannot afford ambulances and medical care because America's infrastructure to provide adequate health care, may not be the best sampling of that unlimited potential.

If it was an actual fix to the medical system, absolutely. This is another shift into capitalistic energies to capture funds from people who can often least afford it, or they wouldn't need the service in the first place. But that's my take on it.

Austen, this isn't as big of a deal as there making it out to be. Really only applicable to doctors who make enough from visit to justify paying for the ride. Lyft has similar feature.

I don’t think that feature will save the world. But the net result of all the similar things happening every day is life getting better rapidly for nearly everyone
