That’s a really good way to put it. I think both sides are quick to gloss over the problems with their sides’ method. Problems aren’t easy to solve.

yea, i had a longer bit that i removed about how no one is really arguing what they really believe. everyone's putting forth an oversimplified position because the real answer is gray and not very sexy. hopefully i'll get around to publishing it separately.
