One of the reasons I've been muting a lot of political accounts lately. Too many people arguing over principles when its really a difference in method.

That’s a really good way to put it. I think both sides are quick to gloss over the problems with their sides’ method. Problems aren’t easy to solve.

e.g. people argue whether to vote democrat or republican based on liberal or conservative values – though neither party seems to be executing on the values they espouse anyways.
