Sure thing! So this is definitely a problem a lot of companies have. And the solution can be a bit different for more sales-heavy B2B companies and for more transactional SaaS companies. Looks like you're doing a bit of both.

Having Segment and tracking events is great. You're able to track the anonymous users and tie their actions while anonymous to their actions once "known". Once problem you run into if you're B2B, is that you need to tie marketing not at a user level

but at an account level. This is where having clean data in your CRM is very important (connecting contacts to accounts and opportunities). At the end of the day, you're going to want to put everything into Redshift (or some other DB) and have a data team/person...

that can build out your attribution models (and attribution models are a whole different can of worms that you will run into).

Sorry, forgot to mention the BI tool on top of that. Looker and Tableau are probably the two most popular ones.
