A fair profit isn't. A business plan built on pricing based on what can be extracted from the client rather than what is a fair & appropriate fee will ultimately fail, because the business will suffer reputational damage, & reputation is currency in the long haul.

Yes in the short term, but they won't come back if they discover the true market price. Does your business want to engage in a series one off sales or a continuing business relationship and word of mouth driven organic growth.
