Would be interested in interviewing but not speed interviewing.

How would you want to decide who to interview!
-
Oh I see... generally just review resumes. Usually I start with a 10-15 phone call. We can talk about they like to work on and then what we’re doing at Rubrik.
-
So really you want all the resumes/portfolios in one place and an easy way to contact them
-
That’s ideal

We are really liking virtual pre-interview. Candidates respond live to questions (no preview), recorded video is sent for review to next round. More authentic than a CV and can be reviewed asynchronously.

I think yes. In that situation there is a certain legitimacy a person can present where it’ll make you go “this is worth taking a bet” I’m admittedly biased cuz the ceo of my first company I worked for brought me on purely off of vibes and publicly viewable work

I think a speed interview makes sense. I’ve done this with recruiters and it works nicely. Just a 10 minute direct screen without a lot of the extra stuff. Lots of these folks’ resumes will be pretty thin.
