Sometimes students send me curricula from their former code bootcamps. Some of these are so, so bad. Six months for literally Lambda School’s pre course work. They should be shut down.

The craziest part of all is that some get jobs. Poor hiring companies. Poor senior developers responsible for training these juniors that know next to nothing. It’s a scam.

Isn't this a problem on its own that is begging to be solved? Some companies have to hire for positions that they have no competence in so they end up picking these half baked developers. Shouldn't someone be solving this problem for the industry?
