(Obviously there are still flaws, but life is inarguably getting better at an incredibly rapid pace for nearly everyone)

Don't confuse correlation with causation. Most of those numbers could be "in spite of" capitalism not "due to".
-
What are they "due to" in your mind?
-
Technological and medical research maybe? Welfare society? Who knows - uncovering causes would need a way deeper analysis.

A lot, if not most of this is due to the millions of Chinese people being lifted out of poverty, so should you really thank late capitalism for it?
-
What would you call what happened in China? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_economic_reform#1978%E2%80%9384 …
-
”Large-scale government planning programs alongside market characteristics have greatly decreased poverty, (while incomes and income inequality have increased)” (parentheses mine). Note the large-scale government planning programs.

More correctly that would 'when millions of Chinese /were/ starved to death'.

Much of the gains have been in China and India which are both planned economies. US poverty levels are higher than they were 50 years ago.

Which combined with the high standards of living in Europe seem to indicate that a mixed economy, as opposed to a more pure capitalist one, is best for citizens.

But not mixed 50-50. Still leaning more towards market based economics. Nordic counties are still capitalist with just higher social welfare spending. That’s the ideal.

This is a skewed picture- if that was done for Africa alone it would be completely the opposite. Maybe we could get a “continental” graphic that would provide better context.

The issue is when top 1% 200 years ago had what the bottom 30% have now, they were doing relatively great. Now that the bottom 30% have what the top 1% had 200 years ago, and the top 1% have things that make the bottom envy and want, they say why can't I have, which equals war.
