Have spent 2 hours trying to get my Apple Watch on my AT&T plan. No luck so far, even after an hour of phone support. Ideas?

Did you use it on a different carrier before? If so a tech will need to help you as Apple’s software can’t seem to fix switching (spent 2 hours at tmobile yesterday)
