This is my favorite calculus book periodhttps://www.amazon.com/Advanced-calculus-Frederick-S-Woods/dp/B0006AMNBI …
-
On the far end but it’s very intuitive and I’ve worked with kids around 15-16 who were able to grok it with solid background that excelled in math
-
If you know a kid who loves being challenged and has the internet this could be a good one for sure

Not sure about the calculus end, but Barron's Painless Algebra helped me with many algebra concepts one teacher didn't cover very well. (Sorry for the duplicate tweet - the last link was an older edition.) http://a.co/3ZQRD4X

Algebra and Geometry: https://www.youtube.com/user/ilectureonline/playlists?sort=dd&shelf_id=9&view=50 … 2. Trig, Precalc, Calc and Diff Eq:https://www.youtube.com/user/ilectureonline/playlists?sort=dd&shelf_id=11&view=50 …
