Get a house version of a coworking space. That is, your program rents the house, with several bedrooms and multiple students pay for however many days they need to stay until they find a job

Is lambda school full time?
-
Yes. We have a part-time program as well.
-
Would be neat if students could somehow make money during program. Either via consulting work or some other part time job.

Start a housing FB forum to spread the word. Find donors for scholarships. Ask mentors.

Partner with local apt management companies or hotels and in exchange for some rooms they get free code work from Lambda students

Host families? I'm not sure how it works where you are but lots of students in my county manage to find host families to live while they study. Students either pay a small rent or work it off via chores or some other household projects.

Alternatively, buy them some "camping" supplies (air bed, etc), and get local offices with showers to donate or rent their space from 9pm-7am.

Maybe
@airbnb could offer some promotional time to longer term rental spots nearby that participate? -
Could also offer lower tuition to students who have an extra room and are willing to house another student.
-
Maybe reach out to a local college to see if they would rent unused dorm space? (Especially off-campus form space - sometimes colleges have these for married students for example.)
-
Or, a forward-thinking apartment complex. Could sell the idea by showing post-school employment as a potential easy lead generator for the apartment complex.
