Tried asana, airtable, and notion but they all fell short for different reasons. Found it was best for us to stick to a dedicated pm system.
@teamwork projects had the right mix of structure and robustness to organize things the way we needed. Good luck! -
teamwork is my favorite. seen some really cool integrations built by the team at
@GNGFound too. best. workflow. ever. -
Agreed
@teamwork rocks! Their support team is amazing too and they are always rolling out new features based on user requests. -

Any huge differences between Notion and Confluence? Right now we use Confluence for Wiki + everything it looks like Notion does outside of real time, and use the google drive widgets + iframe from other apps + it connects right into Jira
-
If it works for you, it works! Changing software is a radical change. Notion handles a lot of flexible data structures, and you can put ANY data in this, todo, wiki, DBs, tables, board/card view, literally anything. It's main selling point is you won't think what app to use.
-
Got it, thanks! I’m giving it a go now and will experiment a bit more. Would be a radical change since we’ve mostly convinced everyone to use confluence, including engineering, so things flow quite nicely from biz -> product -> eng.
-
Go for it! Just it might at first come confusing, start with empty pages, learn as you go. No rush to use everything.
-
How are you using Notion with product and eng?
