Utah is the Japan of America. Everyone's super nice. Very clean. High levels of belonging & purpose IF you fit into the homogeneity. Everyone has their role.

My bar is "if I need a car to get to work the public transport is Not Good" Can't speak for all of Japan obviously, but while Utah's is above average for the US it still falls short of my bar

Yeah. And more than 1/2 of the employees in Labs take the train/trax to work. Trax consistently wins national awards.
