Would you consider allowing companies to pay for some of their employees or prospects to go through the Lambda program?

Absolutely!

Is there an option for a hiring company to pay after graduation as well? or pay monthly? Does the income share agreement draw from post tax income?

Do you have stats on how many lambda apps you accept without much in way of coding experience, but with traditional university degrees? The Lambda School story and all the successes are fascinating and inspiring to me
-
About half of students have degrees, almost none in computer science

As always thanks for the prompt response

You told me there were network effects!
. Don’t tell me that was just a bit of founder storytelling!

I think your business has reputation / brand effects. Not exactly the same as a network but your potential upside is Stanford.

Of course it has network effect. For the same reason colleges do. Btw, look into the history of the Chubb Institute... Interesting parallel

It's awesome they come back for more graduates, that's what it's all about! It's also a great opportunity get feedback on some weak points of the hires so you can iterate your curriculum based on hiring partners feedback.
