i challenge founders who say it doesn’t matter to ban job & internship applicants from supplying college education info. 33.4% of Americans 25+ said they completed a bachelor's degree or higher (census 17). attainment is not quite “most” went to college right? lookin at nces now.

i just think we should noy underestimate how much college education matters for hiring elsewhere (and how good college can be when it works. my sympathies on your negative experience. at least it sounds like you had a great yc / “startup school” experience.)
