Both me and my cofounder dropped out of BYU after two semesters, so
-
so you check the some college education box. you went to college. didn’t choose to finish that (yet) but got dialed into a powerful community. good stuff! great school.
-
Lol I went there, it was a joke, so I stopped going; you don’t have to sell me on its supposed merits.
-
did you meet your cofounder there?
-
No, we grew up in the same hometown
-
I don’t even list BYU on LinkedIn and didn’t on job applications. I can promise you no one cares.

I can honestly say I never ask a founder. Could not possibly care less about where they go to school.
-
If it really doesn’t matter, you should discourage your hr dept. & recruiters from looking at that info on resumes, make it irrelevant in weighting applications, tell candidates not to include it, stop recruiting at universities.
-
you let applicant apply via linkedin. so company takes in educatiknal bkgd. info. someone knows, there.
-
^typo city. fat thumb.
-
Those are just defaults from the applicant tracking system
