Then you should not need the permission. However, there might be some regulatory restrictions regarding the method of payment for the tuition.

It means that it would be hard to create a legal framework in which employee sends part of its income to LambdaSchool and is easily enforceable?

yes and no. its pretty easy to create a contract which will stipulate all the terms. but how will you make someone provide you information about his salary without his consent/how will you know the person is not getting more and should start repaying tuition w/o state authority?

that is how it works with student loans in the UK. but they are provided by the state authority. what would happen if the student recalls the consent with processing of personal data for instance, towards the tax authority? do u use contractual penalties for these situations?
