This doesn't change most of the damage him and his company cause?

We both know you can use google and are being facetious. But I'm a sucker. So how about: Not paying enough taxes to cover the costs incurred by governments due to their company? They drain public resources and add no value back.
-
So for not proactively paying more taxes than they are required to?
-
I'm not saying it's illegal. And you know I'm not saying that. Lots of things I don't like are legal. Lots of things I like are illegal. Do you think the amount of tax Amazon pay in the UK, when viewed with the impact they have on public resources, is fine and should continue?
-
If not change the laws
-
If it's legal, it's fine? Even though it's unsustainable and leads to poorer local services? I'm trying to understand where you're coming from with all this, as it's pretty alien. Maybe it's a v American view of the world?
-
What do you actually expect Amazon to do? Mail a donation to the government? I expect every company to fulfill its duty to shareholders and minimize the taxes it pays, reinvesting the dollars into the business

Well I guess you don't understand that 15 dollars and hour is not a livable wage. If you think it is I can get you a position that you can try out for a year or two and see how well irt works out for you and your family.
-
Only very recently did I start making more than $15/hr. I don't need to try it out; I lived it for a long time.
-
Then you of all people should know how impossible that is.
-
...it's not impossible, that's ridiculous. It's hard; very hard. But not impossible. We even got out of debt and saved on $15/hr, and I supported a family
-
Well I have to say I really like the idea of your school. I think you are more the exception than the rule. Wish you much success.

I’m shocked but based on the replies to this I’m beginning to think that it wasn’t the “”living wage”” that made people hate him after all...
