Lambda student grew up in an extremely difficult environment, spent a lot of time homeless, only one year of high school, got GED by testing out, then fell in love with software development. He just got a full-time offer for $70-100/hr ($100/hr because he’s on call at times)

He wasn't homeless when he was in Lambda, correct? I mean, it sounds impossible to go from homeless, actually homeless, to a job, even with Lambda. I can't do it and I have a lot of experience in the industry.

Correct, he wasn’t, but we have a nonprofit fund that helps our homeless students have housing while they study

Well, I just tried to apply and it was VERY confusing. I thought I was picking FullTime JOB and when I checked NO I CANNOT go 8am-5pm BECAUSE I'M HOMELESS, it didn't offer any help. How do you I get help?

Full-time job? You’re picking the hours you’ll attend lambda school

I can't find the way to apply online. I answer the questions honestly and accurately and it makes no sense. It just says basically 'we can't help you' or 'we don't do that' and now I'm lost, because you said you help homeless people.

We’re a school, we’re not a job placement agency.
If you can prove that you have the skills now do @triple_byte
