We could do this in Salt Lake easily.

Herriman 4-plex, Eagle Mountain duplexes, West valley (nearer to downtown)… there are a lot of options. Some faster than others.

Lincoln, NE or Omaha, NE. And unlike larger cities, your talent could be the most talented on the team. Cost of living is low, great for families and has many large orgs HQ'd here. Startups are budding. Know a place where $400/month + plus shuttle to downtown is feasible.
