Did you stop drinking caffiene? If you did, I'm curious why. Because of the religion I grew up with, I never got into drinking caffeine, but I'm thinking of trying it out.

Personal trainer is a good idea. But i disagree with the second part. You can easily reach there on your own if you spend some time on it. Did that myself. Fitness industry makes it feel complicated. But it's really easy if you know the basic.

Even more fundamental: get a comprehensive food intolerance and allergy test. ...bc giving yourself “healthy” food can cause really big problems if your particular body has issues with it. It will improve whatever the “recommended” diet is by at least 30% or many factors

Where does one get something like that done? Did some googling and it seems there's like mail in tests or legitimate "go to the doctor" type tests.
