Exactly Rocky. Lambda seems to have a good sense for student selection. Their model is such that they must decide whether to go deep or broad in future. Re Grit: can't say enough about the importance of this. Our ed sys is teaching learned helplessness today. Ticks me off

Have you thought of starting a podcast where you sit down and interview students who’ve gone on to get jobs? It would be a very inexpensive way to share some really interesting stories. Could be beneficial in attracting new students, hiring partners, and future investment.
