A question I hear a lot: “Why don’t other code bootcamps just teach more computer science fundamentals?” Not enough time. It’s the business model. People will only pay so much out of pocket, and you need to rotate through a lot of those in one building.

The current model is basically “start a school and do whatever you need to qualify for and suck out federal funding.” That’s the first question anyone who deals with higher education thinks about - how do we get federal funds? And you have to play insane games to qualify.

there's also the accreditation situation. In NYC you cannot be accredited and do income sharing agreements.
