I have to disagree. I know regulations are good for startups becoming mainstays, but bad for future innovation. I think if agreements can just be enforced that would enough. What is your greatest fear that makes you run to the government for help?

I understand the concern, but record labels have been using similar agreements for decades, and the courts have been able to handle disputes without need for more regulations.

Bravo. Of course bad regulations exist and damage businesses, but good regulations protect investors as well as consumers and allow more stable/sustainable business growth

I think what you guys are doing is amazing - but the potential for abuse is rife as you say. Income share solves for moral hazard: for profit education providers no longer incentivised to load debt for bad education. Absolute alignment, so to speak - now have skin in the game.
