I seriously underestimated how powerful word of mouth would be when running a school. I thought you’d grow a little by that but mostly by marketing. We’d have to spend a FORTUNE on ads to reproduce these results. Everyone hears from someone else.

We don’t even look at people now unless they do some of the precourse work. Don’t even pay attention to raw applications, it’s a vanity metric

Depends. It’s not a clean beginning to end funnel like most companies. Working on seeing if we can change that actually.
