Nah. I mean the book is probably good as self-help books go but if you're going to do anything, watch his Maps Of Meaning lecture series. It was extremely well-regarded long before he became famous for this other stuff, and for good reason

(Perhaps it would be uncool to admit it now but a decade or so ago when he did guest lectures at places like Harvard he was very popular—wildly even, considering he didn't have an ongoing class there. Everyone loved the guy.
