I’ll take the inverse position. No way you get a startup off the ground working only 40 hrs/week and anyone who says otherwise is lying.

Regardless of Basecamp though, why do you think it’s impossible? Correlation between hours worked and productivity is not linear, you ignore diminishing returns

Of course it doesn’t. But I think we are not talking about 45 hours a week but rather 60+
