I still don’t get how @LambdaSchool is different from a simple training and placement agency other than the fact that you get paid based on placement ?

They only get paid on placement which aligns interest of school and students. They *have* to produce great results to survive, whereas that's not the case with other training programs. The goodwill part is just them being awesome and trying to bring in non-privileged students

I understand that completely but if you pick a highly leveraged business like tech and companies in SV it’s really not that difficult.
@Andela trains people in Africa and charges 500x the cost to Silicon Valley companies. I feel all the propoganda might backfire longterm
