I'm open to having my mind changed again when you guys do post more details on your cohort and the results. Given the terms as published it does seem that Lambda is indifferent to bad outcomes, and does not explicitly prevent them. But I do believe you *can* lead the way on this.
I don't block critics, I block people who don't engage in an argument in good faith, and who come into a conversation already having made a decision

I've only noticed these two that have been blocked, and both I feel hold their convictions in good faith. If those convictions seem surprisingly strong, it may be because the outward appearance of your course is genuinely very different to your internal understanding of it.

Always true. It's your call whether the hit to your image of blocking them has a greater benifit to you. Hopefully, as I said before, most concerns can be dealt with by codifying your existing attitude into a concrete, legally safe, escape hatch for students who need it.
