Would probably be great for many cities if they had 1. nice, $1 use public bathrooms _but also_ 2. public bathrooms of last resort, the kind you could pressure wash the whole place to clean somehow If #1 subsidizes #2 (GET IT?), result is fairly progressive as a utility tax.
Too bad they'll be out fundraised by Great2Go, the decentralized version built on the blockchain.
