I’d bet the average person would be better off with one year of college and three years of unpaid internships than four years of college and four years of student loans

I remember the year they changed the MBA program at UBC from $5k to $20k in one fell swoop. Basically so non local students wouldn’t think the school was low quality because the cost was too low. Admissions went up that year.

Personally, i find it a good thing that my fellow citizens don’t go into mass debt for life, to afford to go to university.
